TO ORDER OUTSIDE THE UK
If you are ordering from outside the UK please email your order and we will invoice you via paypal with the Post & Packing costs added to the invoice. All sales are covered by UK legislation.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
For your convenience and protection, we only accept payments through PayPal. You can place your order through PayPal's secure server using your credit card or bank account without becoming a PayPal member. PayPal is the most convenient and secure way to pay online.
DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK MAINLAND
Delivery within the UK Mainland is by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post and normally takes from 3 - 10 days. Charges as left hand side of page.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
1. If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to caroleecrafts@btinternet.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2 below.
2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods but not including any Postage and Packaging charges or an exchange credit as required.
4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
(a) in the event that the product has been used or tampered with as we regard this as an acceptance of the transaction between seller and purchaser.
The provisions of this clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.
5.These terms do not apply to items personalised, special orders, bespoke items or items such as earrings that by their nature cannot be returned . (Earrings are covered under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, as amended in 1994.)
PRIVACY
I do not sell or pass on your personal information to third parties. Unless requested otherwise. I may email you from time to time along with mail shots, informing you of my current products, sales or events.
OUT OF STOCK
Paypal will automatically reflect if an item is out of stock, when you go to checkout. Many of the items that I make are one of a kind, once sold they will not be repeated.
